Contact Us before returning any products. We want to make it right!
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Since all our products are made to order we can't offer exchanges or refunds less there is something wrong with the product. If the item arrives damaged or the quality isn't up to par, we will send you out another one right away. Contact us at jwthoughtfulgifts@gmail.com and we will work to get you a replacement.
